DMV Stainless USA planned to implement SAP Logistic Modules to replace their legacy system.
For this project, DMV decided to choose ICM America as its consultant partner, because ICM America has proven its professionalism and capability in Europe
The ambitious aim was to go live with the SAP Business Platform modules MM, PP, PI, CO, lean QM and interface to the existing SD module within 6 months. Although sharing the Project Management with DMV, ICM America was responsible for all consulting and development items.
The Go-Live took place after 5 months and 1 additional month for onsite support. The project turned out very successful. All processes in logistics, production and controlling are planned with SAP now. Results are that DMV Stainless has now even more processes like batch management within SAP.
