He spent 13 years at SAP in various sales and leadership roles, with a focus on automotive and multiple other industries, in the Midwest helping them drive business transformation solutions.

We are pleased to announce that accentis Solutions Holding AG has acquired a majority stake in ICM America LLC. Thereby ICM joins the accentis group, an international consultancy focused on Business Transformation and Process Optimization. ICM America will continue to provide the same high level of SAP services our clients have come to trust, with the added support from accentis. We will also be able to offer a wider breadth of solutions for non-SAP and non-IT related needs.

Mr. Campanella joins ICM America with over 30 years of experience selling enterprise solutions across various industries. John has been a consistent top performer throughout his career for both software and service companies, He spent two years at CSC as an Principle selling applications and services. Prior to a CSC, he spent 18 years as Global Account Executive with SAP America. Mr. Campanella has held many senior sales leadership roles throughout his career. John has been married for 34 years to Rosanne. He has three children JB, Amanda, Justin, and Bailey (dog). They reside in Upper Gwynedd Township.

Mr. Aarts joins ICM America with over 27 years of experience in Sales and Marketing in the business information, enterprise software, and the SAP services / solutions industry.  Prior to joining ICM America, Mr. Aarts has had tremendous success working in a Senior Level Sales role for System Integrator, Solutions & Staffing firms in the SAP ecosystem.
