(Malvern, PA) - October 2001 -- icm AMERICA, an SAP™ and eBusiness management consulting firm, announced the appointments of Lutz Lambrecht and Ali Sarraf as Managing Directors.
Lambrecht joins icm AMERICA from its parent company in Germany, the ICM Group. There, he most recently served as Division Manager, Consulting and Complementary Software, and was responsible for ICM's new business development for these practices worldwide. Lambrecht will oversee new business development for icm AMERICA's US and NAFTA operations. He will also serve as practice lead for icm AMERICA's Supply Chain Management and Customer Relationship Management initiatives.
Lambrecht possesses extensive international experience as an SAP project manager and platinum level consultant, having successfully helmed multiple SAP, eBusiness, and business process reengineering projects at Global 1000 firms such as Kraft Foods and Bayer Chemical. His vertical industry expertise includes chemicals, consumer products and services. Lambrecht joined ICM AG in November 1995. Prior to joining ICM AG, he was working as an SAP Consultant for IBIS GmbH and Assistant at the Institute for Business Information Systems at the University of Wuerzburg, Germany.
Lambrecht received a Masters' in Business Administration from the Bavarian University of Wuerzburg, Germany. He resides in Exton, PA.
Ali Sarraf, formerly Vice President, was promoted to Managing Director. Sarraf will concentrate on internal operations and existing client relations, as well as overseeing icm AMERICA's e-business and SAP Business Warehouse (BW) practices. Sarraf joined icm AMERICA in 1997 as its first employee. In addition to directing many icm AMERICA client engagements, he has been responsible for numerous areas of the firm's internal operations, including finance and IT. Sarraf has played a significant role in the company's growth within the chemical industry, having led numerous projects for Bayer Chemical and its subsidiary companies. He also possesses considerable project leadership expertise involving the integration of merged companies' global IT organizations. Prior to joining ICM he was a Software Analyst with Coopers and Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouse Coopers) in Germany, where he was responsible for full cycle software product development. He also served as Senior SAP Consultant Analyst with Coopers and Lybrand. Sarraf holds a M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering and a B.S. degree in Computer Science from the University of Bochum, Germany.
