At ICM America, we’re looking for a recruiter who has experience in the information technology (IT) sector, in particular as it relates to SAP and Epicor ERP. In this challenging, fast-moving market, the ideal recruiter will be highly motivated and tenacious. We’re seeking someone who is a hunter not a gatherer.
Objectives of this role
- Recruit mainly SAP and Epicor consultants for our various ERP projects across different industries.
- Screen and interview candidates to ensure that they possess the right skillset so only the best-qualified are put forward to our senior management for review
- Consult with our senior management on overall hiring strategies, and tailor recruitment efforts accordingly
- Build and update our consultant portfolio, keeping resumes current and taking notes during each interaction
- Network with consultants to ensure that they are attracted to working with ICM America and build a relationship.
Responsibilities
- Make calls and actively pursue candidates and find additional talent
- Write and post job descriptions on job boards, social media, and other relevant channels
- Source, screen, and compile a shortlist of qualified candidates for various consulting or technical roles
- Interview candidates using a combination of methods (ex: structured interview, technical knowledge assessment, behavioral questions)
- Build and maintain our existing candidate database to ensure a solid pipeline of qualified applicants
Required skills and qualifications
- Proven success in recruiting
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (ex: Teams, Zoom, in person)
- An ability to understand and explain job requirements to applicants
- Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source quality candidates
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Tenacity, resourcefulness, and strong ability to find the right candidates
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources, communications, marketing, business, or related field
- Three or more years of experience in recruiting
- Strong experience in business development, or client development
- Existing client engagements are a big plus
- Must have good experience with Microsoft Office Suite and social networking
