Responsibilities for Sales Executive

  • Sell ICMs services and products
  • Meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.
  • Over-achieve sales targets
  • Lead generation through existing network, social media connections
  • Maintain sales growth by establishing new accounts and maintaining existing accounts
  • Advise and guide marketing efforts
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Qualifications for Sales Executive

  • Have a take-charge attitude and are highly energetic
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.
  • Experience: Demonstration of successful sales experience in a technology-related field, preferably within the SAP arena.
  • Experience: in working with small service companies
  • Ability to listen and understand clients and their needs
  • Ability to translate client needs into requirements in the SAP service arena
  • Product Knowledge: Good understanding of SAP and cloud solutions, and the ability to translate technical features into business value for clients.
  • Customer Focus: A customer-centric mindset with the ability to build rapport, understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changes in the industry and technology landscape.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the capacity to work effectively within a team-oriented sales environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus).
