We are seeking a highly motivated and professional individual to join our team!
The candidate will provide administrative support to ICM Team and management. This includes recruiting, project management, sales, and marketing as well as general office administration. We provide the possibility to grow further in the recruiting and marketing areas as junior manager/specialist.
Candidate should have experience in preparing project lists and presentations and marketing materials. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be an outstanding communicator.
Candidate should be local to Media, PA as we expect in-office presence about 3 days/week.
Job Duties
- Provide administrative support for ICM team, including project managers, marketing, sales recruiting management of calendars, coordinate meetings/conference calls
- Develop presentations for meetings using PowerPoint or other appropriate software. May also prepare reports, spreadsheets and correspondence as directed.
- Manage project planning efforts for effective events and activities. Leads event planning efforts as directed.
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records / note taking
- Timely processing of accounting and project reports
- 5+ years of office experience, preferably in an administrative or recruiting capacity
- Proficient with MS Office (particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Solid time-management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
